Email--Mailbox almost full message...
rena asked:
I just received a perplexing Mail Service warning from Mail Centro:

"Your mailbox is almost full! It is currently near its capacity. Please delete messages to avoid becoming completely full, which can result in new messages being rejected.

Note: mail kept in folders such as 'Trash', 'Deleted Items', etc. count towards your quota."

I have downloaded all my messages to Outlook and Outlook is set to delete messages from the server upon downloading.

  mike responded:
This could happen if you received a particularly large attachment (e.g. > 1MB). I checked your account and it was setup as a 3MB account and it issues a warning when you get close to that. I upped the limit for you & heather to 10MB (everyone else already was), so you should get this less often even if you do get a large attachment.  (I'm not sure how your account size came to be 3MB rather than 10MB since 10 is the default). Btw, this is a setting you can change yourself using the admin tool.

cheers, michael
