Switching user email address - the @home snafu.
simlarkin asked:
I have a bunch of user accounts that were created under
@home.com

All of these people are being migrated over to
@attbi.com

after Excite@Home's spectacular fiasco.

However, some of these people don't know their current passwords.

Is there some way to make this switch?

In general, it would be good if domain admins could edit domain accounts.

  Sim:

1. Open a private thread.
2. Post a list of old email addresses and the new addresses to which they should be changed.

We'll update these accounts for you.

We will be adding tools to allow domain owners controls over the accounts in their domains soon.

We've also considered changing all @home.com addresses to @attbi.com; however, it @home.com may have not auto-converted all of their accounts.

  simlarkin responded:
  Thanks!  Will do.  Let me give people a bit of time to change it themselves first.
