Article TypeInfo
TitleThe identity certificate uses an unknown signature algorithm
I get an error: "The identity certificate uses an unknown signature algorithm" when logging on through Dataweb's secure servers with my Macintosh Internet Explorer v4.5 browser."

Solution: Upgrade to Macintosh Internet Explorer v5 or use Netscape Communicator. This problem may be due to a change made by the vendor of our security certificate.
