Securing a Web or Folder
To secure a web or a folder, follow these steps:

1.   Add members to your web. Decide which group each member should belong to – Administrators, Staff, or Members.

2.   Underneath the Web Directory tab, navigate to the folder for which you wish to change security settings. (To set permissions at the web level, click the web root folder.) Then click the Security tab to display permissions settings for the web or folder.

3.   Assign the appropriate role to each group.
