Table.update()
Syntax

Table.update(tablename, fields, rowId)

Arguments Description
tablename Specify the datatable on which to perform the query.
fields Specify the field-value pairs, i.e., the fields to receive new data and the data to be inserted into the data table.
rowId Specify a portion of the data to return using rowId as a filter.

Returns

Returns an object. The properties of this object correspond to the fields of the data table, and the values of the properties correspond to the data inserted into the fields.

Description

Modifies one record by updating with data from the fields argument. Fields not specified are not changed.

Example

Table.update("AddressBook", {Zip:"98105-6001"}, 22);
