DOMNodeList.item
Syntax

DOMNodeList.item(index)

Arguments Description
index A number indicating the index of the node to be retrieved. Indexing of the node list is 0-based.


Returns

A DOMNode object instance.

Description

The item() method returns the item in the node list with the index number index. If index is greater than or equal to the number of nodes in the list, this method returns NULL.
